The Norwegian Environment Agency plans to announce a total procurement for OSPAR monitoring of littering on shore and river litter during October 2026. The assignment comprises field work three times a year on 15 beaches divided between 12 OSPAR zones along the Norwegian coast, as well as twice per annum along three rivers in the Mid and South Norway. The contract will be valid for four years (2027-2030) and an estimated total value of NOK 9.8 million.
