The procurement concerns one (1) complete femtosecond laser and transient absorption system, including pump laser, optical parametric amplifiers (OPAs), and a fully integrated transient absorption spectrometer platform. The system is intended to be used in two (2) separate experiments, one pumping in the visible-NIR and probing in the UV-Vis-NIR and the other pumping in the vis-NIR and probing in mid-IR, where we already have a detection system. The two (2) experiments will not be run simultaneously.
