Bergen municipality, c/o the Agency for Inclusion (EFI) is planning the procurement of a new school administrative system (SAS) for adult education in Bergen municipality and would like input from potential tenderers. We would like to map the available systems in the market and establish a good decision basis for the coming procurement. The reason for the planned procurement is that the current system, Visma Adult Education (FLYVO), is at the end of its life cycle and shall be discontinued by the end of 2028. A new system is expected to be implemented by August 2028 at the latest. See the attached document for further information. Chapter 1-7 in the document describes Bergen municipality ́s provisional needs, requirements and assessments for a future procurement. The content shall not be seen as a final requirement specification. If any of the requirements are problematic to fulfil, we request that this is described, preferably with alternative solutions. A number of questions are asked in chapter 8 of the market dialogue that Bergen municipality would like written answers to in this phase in order to prepare as good a competition as possible. We would like replies to be sent through Artifik by 04.11.2026. We emphasise that this is only a preparatory market survey. Participation in the market survey is not a prerequisite for participation in the later competition.
