Description

The Government Framework Agreement for audiovisual (AV) equipment was first concluded in 2023 for a period of two years, with an option to extend for 1+1 years. The agreement has been assessed as working well, and both options have therefore been exercised. The current agreement will consequently expire after 14 September 2027. On this basis, a new procurement of the Government Framework Agreement for AV equipment is being carried out. The framework agreement shall cover products that naturally fall within the category of audiovisual equipment, as well as software and services associated with these products. The procurement shall include meeting room equipment, video conferencing equipment, displays, projectors, cameras, document cameras, microphones, loudspeakers, sound systems and room booking panels, together with relevant accessories for these products. The procurement shall also cover associated software. It is proposed that mounting, installation, cabling, configuration, preparation, design and relocation of equipment purchased under the agreement be priced as separate service items. The procurement shall also include an option to purchase centralised services, advisory services, site design, set-up of control panels, licensing, service and support, and maintenance agreements.
