Following this, the service provider will implement the proposed architecture, establish governance frameworks, and execute the adoption of M365 modern workplace and collaboration tools. Deliverables include a detailed current state assessment, a roadmap, and a phased implementation design focused on data governance, endpoint management, and advanced security. The project’s ultimate goal is to position WCC for long-term success in managing a modern, secure, and collaborative IT environment. Further details will be provided at stage 2.
