The proposed procurement/contract will cover activities aimed to enhance the operational efficiency and sustainability of the KP Government's energy sector. The project encompasses: a thorough gap analysis of Pakhtunkhwa Energy Development Organisation (PEDO) current operations; the development of participatory community engagement strategies; the creation and implementation of robust monitoring and compliance frameworks; the optimization of hydropower plant operations and maintenance; and the enhancement of occupational safety and health standards.
