Samaritans Ireland is implementing its strategic plan “Tackling Suicide Together” (2022–2027, extended to 2029), which aims to contribute to a reduction in suicide through increased awareness and access to emotional support services. Despite strong brand trust and operational scale, the organisation has identified a gap in spontaneous brand awareness, particularly among adults aged 18–34. There is also evidence of public misunderstanding regarding the scope of services provided. This tender seeks to appoint a suitably qualified marketing agency to design and deliver a national integrated awareness campaign to address these challenges.
