Vestfold public procurement cooperation (VOIS) invites tenderers to a written market dialogue in connection with a planned framework agreement for fresh bakery products to six municipalities and the county; Færder municipality, Holmestrand municipality, Horten municipality, Larvik municipality, Sandefjord municipality, Tønsberg municipality and Vestfold county. The contract will be assessed with sub-contracts per municipality, and the need will vary between the municipalities as regards which service places shall be included, delivery points, volume and ordering routines. The aim of the market dialogue is to gain better insight into the market ́s capacity and solution possibilities connected to the delivery of a standard assortment of fresh bakery products to i.a. institutional kitchens, residential and treatment centres, nursing homes, schools and before-and-after-school care. Tenderers are invited to answer the questions in the form as part of this written dialogue. The inputs will be used as a basis to assess appropriate competition and design of requirements and contract structure. Participation is not a prerequisite for participation in a later competition.
