The Health Services Executive, Integrated Health Area Dublin North County and Integrated Health Area Dublin North City and West Disability Services invite tender responses from suitably qualified providers for provision and operation of a registered residential respite service. The service is required to be conveniently located for IHA DNC or IHA DNCW and must provide a 5-bed house, which will meet HIQA standards and will be registered within 4 months of contract agreement. The house must have a minimum of 1 single occupancy apartment adjoining the house, and also 1 wheelchair accessible bedroom included under the 5-bed requirement. The Service will operate 7 nights per week and will support children aged 5 years of age up to 18 years of age who are eligible for CDNT (“Children Disability Network Team”) services as determined by IHA DNC/IHA DNCW.
